Mars and the scepter will be found conjoined
Under Cancer calamitous war:
Shortly afterwards a new King will be anointed,
One who for a long time will pacify the earth.
Van
Berkel categorizes this quatrain as a horary chart
quatrain.
The
first and second line. The "scepter" is another name for
Jupiter. The first two lines indicate a Mars-Jupiter conjunction in
Cancer.
In the imagination period (October 16, 1524 - February 27, 1554), this
conjunction occurred only once: on August 11, 1539.
The
fulfilment date of this quatrain is September 13, 2701.

Mars und Jupiter befindet sich in Konjunktion
im Krebs, wenn der unheilvolle Krieg.
Ein wenig später wird der neue König gesalbt,
der lange Zeit hindurch der Erde Frieden bringt.
Wöllner
interprets the first two lines as a reference to a Mars-Jupiter
conjunction on June 21, 2002 (Julian calendar), with Mars on 24 Cancer
and Jupiter on 23 Cancer. He also sees a connection with quatrain
10-72.[1]
