By the leader of the bloodhound and greyhound:
The deed executed by those of the Tarpeian Rock,
Saturn in Leo February 13.
Van
Berkel categorizes this quatrain as a horary chart
quatrain.
The
fourth line. In the period of imaginations (October 16, 1524 - February
27, 1554), Saturn was in Leo on February 13, 1535, and February 13,
1536. On both dates, he was retrograde.
On February 13, 1535, Saturn was in opposition with Mars and Mercury in
Aquarius. On February 13, 1536, Saturn was in square with the Moon in
Scorpio and in opposition with Mercury in Aquarius.
In the first line, a murder is predicted. In astrology, murder is
indicated by Scorpio. Therefore, February 13, 1536, is assumed to be the
composing date.
The
fulfilment date of this quatrain is June 11, 2431.

interprets the fourth line as a reference to February 13 as date of
fulfilment. He mentions 1535, 1536, 1565, 1566, 1594 and 1595 as a
number of the possible years.[1]

also interprets the fourth line as a reference to February 13 as date of
fulfilment. For the period 1555-2772, he mentions 42 years in which
Saturn is in Leo on February 13.[2]
